STUDIO ONDAS

Studio ONDAS was founded with a key focus on ethical and sustainable practices. As sustainability is so crucial, reusing otherwise non-recyclable materials or by-products in my studio as sound-making objects in foley work aims to bring awareness of the importance of being environmentally conscious. I also use authentic, fair-trade, traditional instruments where possible when making my soundscapes in recognition of the indigenous artisans who created them and the rich history behind them. I incorporate field recordings in my soundscapes for authenticity. I hope that people begin to really listen to nature through my work and find comfort in its beauty.
